The way to be fit without any efforts
Every woman knows how hard it can be to lose some extra kilos. How hard it can to resist the temptation and to eat some sweets. I have the same problems. I have always been prone to have some kilos more than necessary. But I have found out a solution. My husband has presented me a wonderful thing – pedometer for iPhone. This is a mobile application which is easily installed on the phone. It’s fantastic. Except the fact it calculates the steps, it also shows the number of burnt calories. I was surprised to know that I walked too much. Pedometer for iPhone can measure my pulse and even to check my blood pressure. Now I have a chance to lose all these extra calories and kilos as I can control the way doing it.
