Best family car
Only ten years ago a simple sedan was fine for the family but now as transportation has increased considerably and your family has grown this car isn’t suitable at all. You need more room, more space, more equipment and other useful things that can make your trips interesting and less tiring.
I want to tell you about my dream family car. Yes, a family car because I love my family and choose everything suitable for all members of my family.
Such a car should be extremely reliable and safe. I wouldn’t like to stay on the road side on the way to my son’s most important competition because of my broken car. Moreover, I guess a good family car should be equipped with all modern devices for entertaining and comfortable travelling, such as audio player or car dvd player, cruise control, air conditioner, comfortable and safe seats and a phone.
I’ve made my choice. It is a Dodge Grand Caravan.

Las Vegas housing market struggle
The North Las Vegas property market will continue to fight for survival in 2010 as it is going to face more price declines and a growing number of foreclosures. The National Association of builders has also released a report saying that new house production In North Las Vegas will be much lower. The possible reasons are a huge inventory of foreclosures because the demand is very low in North Las Vegas area.
Many experts say that the prices will continue to decline in Las Vegas as well s in the whole country. The only positive help is the investors’ money that slows down the inventory growth. The way out of it is the creation of new jobs that will make the market move and buy property and sell houses more quickly. Everyone is expecting the recovery of the economy as it will give a chance for everyone to improve the living conditions.
The builders are hoping to have credits on better conditions and common buyers will have more variety while choosing a house. That’s why any news about the recovery is welcomed even if the recovery is slow, but it gives a hope to make the building materials cheaper for builders. The tax credit of course helped the first time buyers to purchase some property and to stimulate the demand a little.

Symfony: How everything started
I’ve been working in the sphere of software development for the last 5 years and can say that I have enough experience. I got to know about Symfony about a year ago. Our team faced a dilemma on choosing a framework for our new project. Php was preferable. There were some other requirements such as constant support from the side of developers, updates, convenient work with Ajax and some others.
Then somebody from our team suggested symfony. In practice, the framework turned out to be rather transparent, easy to use and suitable for rapid web development. The choice of our team was unanimous.
Other moments that attracted us were automation of the development process, usability during the work with forms, a large Symfony community.
